Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear explanation. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Change of mind
Customers in the EU may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Items that may not be returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, personal-care items, and sealed products that have been opened may not be returnable. Perishable food products or items affected by storage conditions may also be excluded where allowed by law.
Return shipping
Unless the product was faulty or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.
