Products and availability
We sell skincare, beauty products, and foodstuff. We aim to keep product photos, descriptions, sizes, ingredients, prices, and stock accurate. Colours and packaging may vary slightly, and an item may become unavailable before an order is accepted.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in euros. Delivery charges are added at checkout according to the delivery country and total parcel weight. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund.
Payment
Visa and Mastercard payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required before an order is prepared or dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver within Italy and to the supported European countries shown at checkout. Delivery fees, weight limits, and estimated times are explained on our Delivery Information and Shipping Policy pages.
Customer responsibilities
Please provide a complete and accurate name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address. Read product information carefully before ordering, including sizes, ingredients, allergens, and directions. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition, seek appropriate advice before using a product.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Your rights under applicable Italian and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the return process. Where permitted by law, opened sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and perishable food may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Anni Supply is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers and comply with applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, while customers keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply in their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
